If you wish to cancel your order after placing it (e.g. placed by accident, item no longer needed), you have one hour from the time of placing your order to do so. Once the order has been sent to production, cancellation may no longer be available and therefore we cannot accept requests for cancellation. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any queries.
